What should I expect when I visit Mt. Zion Church? |
Not everyone has the same taste in
worship style. Mt. Zion Church has designed five
worship services to appeal to a wide range of people. For times, locations, and
a brief description of the services,
We hope we can provide an enjoyable and meaningful experience to
help connect you with the hope and love that God has for you.

Look for the smiling face of a
greeter as soon as you enter. They will help you find opportunities for your
children, your teens, or direct you to your desired service. You’ll find a nursery for the
very young and two KIDZONE services for older children. Just ask the greeter
or anyone you meet for the locations.
Dress: Suits and ties are occasionally seen at the more traditional services, but jeans are common at
the contemporary, gen-x and youth services. We know God’s more interested in the
inside, not the outside appearance.

Messages: Practical, biblical based messages are
featured that address real life issues to
help you through the week.
Offering: The only thing
we ask you to place in the offering plate is a communication card to learn more
about you and your needs, such as prayer requests. It’s not
required. Our desire is that you receive something from the
service that benefits you and strengthens your relationship with God.

Music: Music is a vital part of all our services,
from the organ accompanied hymns at the traditional service to upbeat music of a praise band at our other services.

Afterward feel free to stay for a
cup of coffee and friendly conversation if you wish. It's a great time to
meet some of the Mt. Zion family, ask questions, and discover what we can offer
your family.
