The missio dei is Latin for “the Mission of God”. At Mt. Zion, we passionately long to live out and share the wonderful, life-transforming power of God Almighty. We see this as our mission. We believe God’s mission is to change lives, for He has changed ours!
More and more, we discover that our lives are about personal mission; a mission that gives us hope and purpose, and one that shapes every area of our lives. No, we’re not all there yet, but we are reaching, growing, and becoming.
We seek to participate with God as He transforms our lives and our world. We seek to fulfill God’s will at whatever level He desires. |

We participate in many ways: through people, agencies, organizations, and ministries. We give money and we also roll up our sleeves and get involved. Sometimes we serve locally; other times we travel to our global neighbors. There are many opportunities to serve and help us develop a servant’s heart.
