Pastor Paul Blend

| Pastor Paul Blend came to
Mt.
Zion
in September 2003 from
South Bend
,
Indiana
where he had served as the Pastor of Community Congregational Church since
January, 2000. Paul has eight years experience as a pastor, five
years in Family and Youth Ministry, and spent four years in a college
ministry with Inter-Varsity. He graduated from Gordon Conwell
Seminary in 1990 with a Masters Degree in Religious Education. He
and his wife, Mary met in
Yellowstone
National Park
and married in 1978. Mary is from
Madison
,
Wisconsin
and has a degree in Childhood Development from the Madison Area Tech.
Institute and recently attended
Bethel
College
in
Mishawaka
, In. At the present time, both their daughters are attending
college.
Elizabeth
is a Senior at the
University
of
New Hampshire
and Rebekah is a Freshman at
Franklin
College
in
Indiana
