AWANA WEDNESDAYS 6:30 PM-8:00 PM

AWANA helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children who learn to hide God’s Word in their hearts. This ministry is committed to the belief that the greatest impact for Jesus Christ starts with kids who know, love and serve Him. Each week we emphasize three things: the Gospel, the Word of God, and fun as children learn in their own age-appropriate group or “clubs”:

Cubbies: Age 3–Pre-K
Sparks: K-2nd grade
T & T (Truth & Training): 3rd-5th grade

AWANA at Mt. Zion is FREE, is open to children age 3-5th grade, and meets on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM (October-May). To register for AWANA 2020-2021, please complete and submit the three forms found in the links below:

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

During the summer, children Pre-K-5th grade gather with a team of adults and teens to spend a week of worship, learning and fun. Vacation Bible School 2019 was an epic African adventure called Roar! Kids explored God’s goodness and celebrated a ferocious faith that powers us through this WILD life. One memorable Bible Point was reinforced each day and we learned these truths:
When life is unfair…God is good!
When life is scary…God is good!
When life changes…God is good!
When life is sad…God is good!
When life is good…God is good!
