Where: Hosted in group member’s home.

Where do you turn when the world around you grows dark? In this study of The Gospel of John, Dr. Tony Evans encourages us to turn to Christ by reminding us of the two purposes for the beloved disciple’s book—that we would believe in Jesus and find life in His name. This group primarily consists of parents of teens/young adults, but anyone is invited.
WOMEN’S GROUP – CHOSEN: A STUDY ON THE BOOK OF EPHESIANS
When: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
Where: Meets at group member’s home

Chosen is an in-depth, eight-week study that walks verse by verse through the book of Ephesians. Covering many themes found throughout the book, the first half of the study focuses on who we are and our identity in Christ; and the second half looks at how we should live the Christian life in light of that identity. The study also covers the message of the gospel and the armor of God.

To sign up, please email info@mountzionchurch.org or stop by the Welcome Center on Sundays.
SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY: CHRISTIAN, IT’S NOT WHAT YOU THINK
When: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM-8:30 PM
Where: Meets at group leader’s home.

The words used to describe Christians today often bear no resemblance to what Jesus wanted His followers to be known for. This 9-week Bible study aims to strengthen our faith to love God and others as Jesus taught. We will explore what one word should be descriptive of every Christian, how the followers of Jesus should treat those who are outside the faith, and why people love Jesus but can’t stand His followers. It will include time to get acquainted with members of the group, fellowship, discussion of material, and a possible service project. If you want to participate, please sign up at the Welcome Center on Sundays or email info@mountzionchurch.org by Sunday, March 27 to receive more details (including location of the group). The group size is limited, so sign up today!

Mt. Zion’s Thursday morning Women’s Bible Study invites you to bring your Bible and come fellowship as we journey through God’s Word together:

Israel was far from perfect, but God was preparing them for the advent of Jesus Christ.
